PVC DOOR PANEL PROFILE PRODUCTION LINE
Description
The PVC door panel profile extrusion line is a specialized production line designed for the efficient manufacturing of PVC door profiles. PVC, or polyvinyl chloride, is a thermoplastic material widely used in the construction industry due to its durability, weather resistance, and easy processing.
The function of the PVC door panel extrusion line is to melt and shape PVC resin into the desired window frame profile.
The molten PVC then passes through a die, which shapes the material into the desired profile. The die is designed specifically for door profiles, ensuring accurate cross-sections and smooth surfaces. The extruded profiles exit the die and are cooled and solidified through a series of cooling rolls.
After cooling, the profiles are trimmed and cut to the required lengths. Additional finishing operations, such as sanding or polishing, may also be performed to enhance the surface quality. The final PVC door profiles are then ready for further processing or direct installation.
