Description
The Conical Twin-Screw Extruder is a key component in the production of PVC pipes or PVC profiles. Its primary function is to melt, mix, and push the raw plastic materials through a die to form the desired shape of the pipe or profile.
The Conical Twin-Screw Extruder achieves this by using two intermeshing screws within a conical barrel. The screws rotate in opposite directions, propelling the plastic material forward while subjecting it to heat and pressure to melt and homogenize the plastic mixture.
