Friction washer machine

Parts contacting with materials in DLJ series high-speed friction washer is made of stainless steel, stainless and no pollution to the washed materials. Full automatic design needs no adjustment during operation.
Principle: Separated spiral screw keeps material from going out immediately but rotating on a high-speed basis. Therefore mutual strong frictions between material and material, material and screw can separate material from dirty things. The dirty will be discharged from sieve holes.
Applications:
DLJ series high-speed friction washer is widely for washing recycled waste plastic, especially for plastic bottles, sheets and film, etc. Water pressure of water inlet is 1.5Kg and water consumption is 0.5 ton.
Competitive Advantage:
The material are putted in the mouth after crushing. It will achieve the good effect though friction of the vane of high speed ration axis and spray water. It is suitable for washing crushed plastic film and PET bottles.
